🌟 New Year’s Greeting from All 4 Life

Dear friends, supporters, and partners,

Now that we are well into 2026, we would like to send you our warmest New Year’s greetings and at the same time look back on a year filled with engagement, community, and hope.

As we reflect on 2025, we are deeply grateful. Thank you for your support, trust, and encouragement – without you, our work would not be possible. Below, we share some highlights from Denmark, Uganda, and Togo.

Greeting from All 4 Life Denmark

2025 has been an important and formative year for All 4 Life in Denmark. We established a formal association and are in the process of building a strong community of people who wish to support our work in Uganda and Togo.

To receive final approval, we need at least 100 members. At the end of the year, we were 46, and we enter 2026 with the hope that many more will join and help make a difference.

We are also deeply thankful for the great trust shown to us in 2025 through significant grants:

  • DKK 1 million from CKU, making it possible to reach 1,500 families in Uganda in 2026.

  • DKK 1.5 million from Globus, in collaboration with Acts Academy and Kildevæld Efterskole. In 2026, we will together develop new tools for inclusive education through a game.

As part of this work, we are also planning to send a shipping container and hope for support in the form of both donations and the collection of equipment.

Greeting from All 4 Life Uganda

“Empowered youth – empowered communities”

In 2025, All 4 Life Uganda had a strong focus on youth empowerment and sustainable livelihoods.

A total of 403 young women and men (220 women and 183 men) gained practical, market-relevant skills, positively impacting approximately 1,600 household members.

In addition, 20 youth participated in environmentally friendly activities such as poultry keeping and tree planting – combining income generation with care for the environment.

Training areas included:

  • tailoring

  • hairdressing

  • bakery

  • carpentry

  • driving

  • sustainable agriculture

  • financial literacy, savings, and rights awareness

An important milestone in 2025 was the establishment of youth-led savings and loan associations (VSLAs), where young people can save, access small loans, and support one another economically. At the same time, training in rights and responsibilities strengthened their self-confidence, leadership, and participation in their communities.

One young mother shared:

“Through training and savings, I now run my own small business and can support my family. I am full of hope for the future.”

A young person with a disability shared:

“I once believed my disability limited me. Today I earn my own income, contribute to my family, and feel valued in my community.”

We are deeply grateful to the youth, our partners, church leaders, and supporters.

In 2026, we aim to expand our work through Green Churches, establish a vocational training center, scale up income-generating activities, and strengthen access to markets, so more people can live with dignity and sustainability.

Greeting from Farming 4 Life Togo

2025 has been a year marked by growth, learning, and transformation for Farming 4 Life Togo. Our work has been strengthened through support from Globus and the strong sense of community built through visits and collaboration.

Throughout the year, we worked with 15 agricultural cooperative associations and reached 265 families. The focus was on sustainable and practical farming methods. A highlight was training in 14-day liquid organic fertilizer and compost, produced using locally available materials. This reduced costs, improved soil health, and increased yields.

Voices from the field

Kolou Afi shared:

“Before, I struggled to afford chemical fertilizer, and the soil was exhausted. Now I make my own nutrients for the land. My crops are healthier, and I have more money for my children’s schooling.”

Davo Dieudonné shared:

“Before, I harvested only 16 kg of groundnuts. After the training, I harvested four bags of 100 kg each in one season.”

We are thankful for the perseverance of the farmers and the strong community within the cooperative associations.

In 2026, we hope:

  • to expand from 15 to 24 cooperative associations

  • to provide basic farming tools for each farmer, as well as shared equipment for the associations

Closing New Year’s Greeting from us all

Thank you to all of you who follow, support, pray, and walk alongside us, in Denmark, Uganda, and Togo.

We wish you a good, hopeful, and blessed New Year 2026.

Warm regards,

All 4 Life & Farming 4 Life
